Who we are (8) Joanneum Research

JR-Dig_GebaeudeWe – JOANNEUM RESEARCH – are highly interested in contributing in projects in the domain of cultural heritage.

About twenty years of experience in this field and therefore contacts with many cultural institutions all over Europe have made us a kind of “external” expert for cultural institutions and let us act as spokesmen for many especially smaller and middle large museums that cannot contribute in international projects.

Contributing in EEXCESS as project coordinator on the one hand and in the field of system development offers the opportunity to bring in our experience but learn even more in these fields. Working together with the EEXCESS partners turned out not to be only interesting but really enjoyable. We are looking forward to working together during the upcoming project years.

JOANNEUM RESEARCH is a non-profit organisation concentrating on applied research with a highly qualified staff of more than 400 people.
